Kickboxing workout routines are designed to help you stay fit and with all the fun! Kickboxing Fitness Classes are a great beginner-friendly way to get in shape, learn amazing skills and challenge yourself like never before.
Kickboxing is a group fitness class, led by a Coach, that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
You don’t need to bring your own gear, but you can if you want to. Kickboxing classes are held here at Workhorse Fitness where we have other functional fitness based classes and coaching available.

First Class is FREE / No Long-Term Commitments
