About the 75 Hard challenge
It’s pretty straight forward, for 75 days you do 2 workouts every day, stick to your “diet” every day, take a progress pic every day and read 5-10 pages from a book every day… It’s not the things you do, it’s doing them every day that is the challenge. The kicker, if you miss one of these for just one day, you start over at day 1. *gulp*
